  8.     Harry  was  amazed at the length of the funeral procession going down
  9. the  High  Street.   Watching  for  awhile,  he observed that the cortege
  10. consisted  entirely  of  men,  and  that  it  was  led by a man holding a
  11. Doberman pincher on a leash.
  12.  
  13.     When Harry's curiosity got the better of him, he walked up to the man
  14. at the front of the line.
  15.  
  16.     "Excuse  me  for  interrupting you in your time of grief," said Harry
  17. politely, "but I've never seen such a funeral procession.  Would you mind
  18. telling me who it's for."
  19.  
  20.     "It's  for  my mother-in-law," explained the mourner.  Tightening the
  21. leash,  he  gestured  down  at the dog and said, "My Doberman here killed
  22. her."
  23.  
  24.     "Gee,..that's  terrible,"  commiserated  Harry.  "But,...hmmmm...  is
  25. there anyway you might lend me your dog for a day or so?"
  26.  
  27.     The  bereaved  son-in-law  pointed  his  thumb  over his shoulder and
  28. answered, "Sure.  Join the queue."
